Terms

These are the terms for membership of The Good Life Collective. The group is run by RebelCode Ltd, 12, Triq is-Snajja’, Mosta, MST 1805, Malta, which is the company that bills you. Questions about any of this go to [email protected].

Joining

Membership is by application. We read every one and decide who joins at our own discretion, and we don’t have to give a reason. Once you’re accepted, you get an account on this site and an invitation to the private Telegram group.

Fees and renewal

Membership costs €350 a year, plus VAT where it applies. It renews automatically every year on the date you joined, charged to the card you gave us. You can cancel at any time from your account page. When you cancel, your membership runs until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and no further charges are made. We don’t refund the unused part of a year.

If we change the price, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we’ll tell you in the group and by email at least a month before.

Right of withdrawal

If you’re a consumer in the European Union, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of paying, without giving a reason, and get a full refund. Tell us by email. Because access to the group starts as soon as you pay, you agree that we may start providing the service during those 14 days.

Dinners and retreats

Dinners and retreats are open to every member and paid for separately. Each one has its own cost and its own cancellation terms, which we’ll say when we announce it. The membership fee doesn’t cover them.

House rules

Don’t sell to the members. If you have something that helps someone, say so when they ask, and leave it there.

What’s said in the group stays in the group. Don’t repeat, screenshot or quote what another member has shared, in public or in private, without their permission.

Be straight with people. Disagreement is welcome, performance isn’t.

If you break these rules, or if we think you’re no longer a fit, we can end your membership. If we end it, we refund the unused part of your year. If you end it, we don’t.

What you share

You own what you post. By posting it in the group you let us keep it there and include it in roundups and summaries that go to members. We don’t publish what members say outside the group without asking them first.

Advice

Members share their own experience and opinions. None of it is professional advice on tax, law, investing, health or anything else, and neither we nor any member is responsible for what you do with it.

Liability

Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, RebelCode Ltd isn’t liable for any loss or damage connected with your membership, including lost income or profits.

Changes

We may change these terms. If we do, we’ll say so in the group and by email, and the new terms apply from your next renewal.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
